Health & Safety Team
To ensure congregants and members of the Dille Parish UCC are provided with a safe environment for worship and fellowship.
Recommend strategies to the Parish Board to allow worship and fellowship with one another in accordance with the Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines
To modify the Dille Parish Health Plan as deemed necessary and in accordance with the Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines
Meetings for the Health & Safety Team are scheduled as needed
To steward the financial gifts given to the Dille Parish UCC in a responsible, moral, and efficient manner that is pleasing to God
To create and oversee the status of the annual budget for the operations of the Dille Parish as well as any other financial matters brought to the attention of the Finance Committee
Make recommendations to the Parish Board regarding all matters of congregational finances including, but not limited to, congregational budget, investment decisions, audits, major financial transactions, and fiscal liability.
- The Finance Committee meets monthly prior to the Parish Board meeting to review and prepare a report on the finances of the previous month.
- To monitor the status of the annual budget as well as any other financial matters brought to the attention of the Finance Committee
The Finance Committee consists of the Treasurer, Financial Secretary, and three other members of the Dille Parish appointed by the Board Moderator. Presently, there is a vacancy on the Committee.
To schedule greeters and any other hospitality jobs we may need for church
To welcome everyone that comes through our doors
Greeters welcome the congregation as they arrive to worship and help or assist people as needed. Some of their responsibilities include finding available seating for worshipers, finding an acolyte to light the candles for worship, and attending to any hazards on the stairs and walkways (e.g. from the weather) to help the congregation enter and exit the building safely.
Building repairs and Maintenance
To maintain all of our properties, which include the Parsonage, the Parish House, the Potterville Church, the Potterville Hall, and the Le Raysville Church
To keep our buildings and grounds safe and well-maintained

To assist with the care and responsibilities of the Parish House and the Dille Parish, maintain the face of the Dille Parish in responding to all of the public and church members reaching out to us at the Parish House, and bridge the gap in administrative work to help the church flourish.
To provide assistance and support to the pastor, congregation, and community
Our Administrative Staff take messages and promptly respond to inquiries, provide information to all callers and visitors, pick up and distribute mail, assist in equipment setup and storage, maintain our supplies, and handle many other administrative tasks as needed.
The Parish House is staffed from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on weekdays.
Our Administrative Staff currently has five members (at least one staffs the Parish House each morning on weekdays)

To provide a meaningful worship experience for the congregant using various methods and tools (e.g., music, dramatics, literature, video-player and scripture). The worship ministry strives to reach every congregant and to provide each person the opportunity to develop a closer relationship with Jesus Christ our Savior
To improve the worship experience by upgrading our current equipment with the installation of an integrated streaming system using cameras and pro presenter software
- Dependent upon the aspect the ministry is participating in, for example, A/V ministry, Hospitality Ministry, Drama Ministry, etc
- Team works continually throughout each week to implement the worship service designed by our Chief Servant, Rev. Barbara Rowlett
‟To make the Parish House and Potterville Hall ” available for community use
To open and close the Parish House after events and make sure things are left as they were found. Unplug equipment, turn off equipment and lights
